Today’s Highlight (21st November 2023): Mr. Emmanuel D’Offay, Executive Director of the Creative Seychelles Agency within Seychelles National Institute for Culture, Heritage and the Arts, in collaboration with the Mayor’s Office, has brought forth an open call for anyone with innovative idea, an exciting project proposal that will captivate and delight the community also to bring joy and excitement on 31st December 2023.

The expression of interest for this tender has been published in the Seychelles Nations newspaper and on various social media platforms.

The application deadline is set for 24th November 2023.
